In more than 35 years she has studied and applied the latest knowledge within health, medical science, positive psychology, spirituality and quantum physics. Lise Højer is the founder and owner of Alight Leadership. She has many years of experience both as a medical doctor, Global Director of Novo Nordisk Bioethics programme, coach and healer. This unusual combination of knowledge and experience within health, energy work, ethics and leadership combined with her capacitiy to pursue and ensure the realisations of visions are woven into all activities and the development of programmes.
